Responsibilities:
* Develops new applications to facilitate the computer
applications for the stores and the corporate office
* Use project management techniques and methods, including time
management, to manage assignments
* Create application design that meets project requirements and
adheres to departmental standards
* Define application workflow, control points and recovery processes
* Draft implementation process including conversion and hardware issues
* Conduct unit testing insuring project requirements and
departmental standards are met
* Assist with project testing and implementation processes
* Research and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner
* Recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures
* Demonstrate leadership abilities and a positive attitude in
motivating other project members and user community
* Participate and help mentor our Continuous Improvement Program
including our SDLC process

Requirements:
