BocaJava.com is looking for a web designer with experience designing and
implementing modern web interfaces.

You: You believe in creating clean, fast client-side code.  You
believe in coding through progressive enhancement to support
accessibility and usability.  You're passionate about web standards,
cross-browser development, and wowing users and developers alike with
your coding-fu.  You are attentive to detail and break into cold
sweats when even one pixel is out of place.  You are an expert in
(X)HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and consider therapy when your code
doesn't validate W3C standards.  You understand and respect the power
of server-side programing, work well with JSP templates, and are not
too proud to use frameworks like Yahoo UI, Prototype, or Dojo.  You
aren't afraid to talk to users and they aren't afraid to talk to you.
Understanding of Java and/or Flash is a bonus.
