The system will be developed using JBoss suite of middleware products and other open source solutions:

    * JBoss AS
    * JBoss Portal
    * JBoss ESB
    * JBoss RichFaces
    * JBoss jBPM
    * JBoss Rules
    * JBoss Cache
    * JBoss Hibernate
    * Spring Framework
    * Quartz
    * JSP, JSF
    * AJAX

Qualified individuals will have:

    * 5+ years experience architecting, designing, and developing complex, distributed systems
    * At least 3 years experience as a SW developer in java based/web based environment
    * Object-oriented architecture and design
    * Experience with Java technologies such as Spring, JSF, Hibernate
    * Experience with J2ME, WAP, and other related mobile focused technologies and architectures (an advantage)
    * Experience with SOAP, XML, SOA, ESB
    * Performance and tuning experience with distributed, real-time Java systems
    * MS Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    * Fluent written and spoken English
    * Strong written and verbal skills
