Sr. programmer analyst experienced with web based programming, design and development skills.
Ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience using Java, J2EE 1.4, JSP, Servlets, EJB and must have strong object oriented design, programming and data modeling exp. Ideal candidate should have strong proven exp with full project life - cycle (design, programming, testing, analysis, etc)
They will be part of a team of 4 developers which consists of a combination of both powerbuilder and java developers and assist in the revamping of an intranet web site (Resort Systems Applications) which basically allows the partnered users to search and make their own timeshare reservations at their leisure and convenience, without having to call an agent. This is an existing system that needs to be updated, redesigned, requiring changes to the look and feel of the system and also making it much more user friendly with updates technological enhancements. The back end is on an Oracle platform but the web component was built around a Sybase Server so any exp or previous knowledge using EA Server would be a big plus.
