We are an institutional brokerage firm looking for an experienced Java
developer.  The position involves working within a small group to
enhance and maintain an order management and trading system.  The most
important qualification for this job is the ability to think creatively
to develop efficient and robust code.  A sense of humor will also be
helpful.  While this is primarily a development role, the employee will
also be responsible for supporting end users and trouble-shooting
network and connectivity issues.

Key Qualifications:
* Ability to think and program creatively
* 2-5 years Java development experience in a professional environment
* Experience working with J2EE, JMS and SQL

Familiarity with the FIX protocol and/or the brokerage industry is a
plus. The qualifications above are guidelines only, more senior
candidates with greater/broader experience will also be considered.
