Job Title:   Sr. Application Developer

Length of Job:  Permanent ($85k + bonus + great benefits)

Job Description

BS/BA degree and a minimum 5 Years, or equivalent combination
Experience in application development with at least 4 years of web
application development.
Candidate should be expert in Java and related technologies.
Strong experience with JSP and related server-side technologies is
required.
Advanced knowledge of core web communication protocols such as HTML,
XML and CSS is required.
Intermediate knowledge of operating systems and fundamental network
technologies is required.
Experience with the MS .NET framework is a plus.
ASP .NET experience is strongly desired.
RDBMS (MS SQL Server or Oracle) development experience is required.
Experience developing with Weblogic is required.
Experience with Documentum is a strong plus.
Must be self motivated with the ability to learn new concepts and job
requirements quickly.
Must be able to multi-task.
Candidate will need to work with clients at all levels of the
organization.
Candidate must be able to take direction from senior staff and
contribute to development projects as required.
Candidate should have strong project management skills and the ability
to lead a team of developers on projects regardless of complexity.
Experience with application architecture is required.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
Must be able to work as part of a team and possess excellent written
and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to mentor junior staff.
