How would I go about customizing the templates? What I usually do is copy
the templates I want to edit over to the project's 'templates' folder.

/project
|-- templates
    |-- base.html
    |-- index.html
    ...

I want to customize the template by organizing them into their own folders.
I want all templates related to 'core' in 'core' and 'pages' in 'pages'

/project
|-- templates
    |-- core
        |-- base.html
        |-- index.html
        ...
    |-- pages
        |-- index.html
        |-- page.html

That's the correct approach and all the templetes are broken into
sub-directories, except for those that live in core - those go in the root
templates directory as they're generally things that are used site-wide.
