2. Bridging the gap between development aid and humanitarian assistance. 

Key Informants and Stakeholders

 - USAID staff- focus group (not necessary to segment)

 - George Lewis - Interview

2. Government of Rwanda (differentiate Ministries involved) - Interviews

3. NGO's remaining in the country eg CARE - Focus group

4. Returning refugees and the communities that are hosting/ accepting them (also refugees still in neighboring countries) - Focus group- separate men and women

5. Local Civil Society- community leaders, health practitioners etc - Focus group

6. Demobilized Combatants - interviews because of sensitive nature 

7. Donors (Governments) - interviews 

PART B:Semi- Structured Interview Guide - Bethany/Jose

Yep I've started a draft too so we can consolidate what both we have.

To find the samples go to the syllabus under Session 24 (Friday October 29). -Its called MCC project sample interview.
