Metalink validator on Google Apps

Hi all,

I've started a Google Apps validation service. I've only placed the
foundation there and invited the following developers: Anthony, Hampus
and Tatsuhiro.

I will keep everybody posted on the progress and feel free to check the
SVN for the code, where I hope to collaboratively clobber out the first
functional version in the upcoming weeks.
