Odd Cut Circles

I am looking to get circles cut to an odd size: 37mm to be exact, which is about 1.1 mm less than 1 1/2"

Anyone know where I can get that done? I don't need large quantities - maybe about 10, a couple from fine silver and several from copper. Very thin gauges (27-29 guage - the thickness does not need to be so precise)

It's for watch faces. They need to fit exactly in a certain housing. I will be enamelling them, so they will need to grow a little.
