gmail accounts

Anyone else surprised to see that more than one MeFite had a Gmail
address? As coveted as cigarettes in prison, I'd say.

I have 4 gmail accounts and gave away 3, for a grand total of 7 ;)

I should have sold them on ebay. Never realized people would treat them
like gold.

I'm still reluctant to pop the cherry on my gmail accounts and actaully
use them to you know, send and receive email.
That and I realized I was juggling like 7 addresses already.

Got me one, from another mefite. You don't need to use it to sign up
for this, though. I had an old account with google from when I got an
API key, I think, and signed into this with that.

If that makes sense.

I could get into orkut no problem, but with the good stuff they keep me

i gave mine away too--sorry. It's not that fab, if that's any
consolation.

I find it nice and simple, with fairly effective spamblocking. Mind
you, I only have one other email address that I've used for the past
five years, so this is just a phase.
Haven't been given any invites to pass on yet, either.

I have a gmail account now, and as soon as it starts doling out invites
for me to pass out, I'd be more than happy to give one to anyone here
that wants it.
