Set some timeline ASAP. Schedule should include classes, initial works and rest the technical heads. If this is not done things wont work. Chart out the details fast.

@Jishnu: May be you must be the cordinator. Milad can be the tech person incharge. Both of you discuss and fix a timeline and post it.
