FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology) is the UK's leading organisation for commissioning, exhibiting, promoting and supporting artists’ work and innovation in the fields of film, video, and new media. We believe in the ability of individuals and communities to express themselves creatively, and work with international artists to develop exhibitions, increase knowledge about new technologies and their social impact. Housed in the iconic FACT building in the historic Ropewalks area, two galleries, a Media Lounge and state-of-the-art cinemas invite visitors to experience a range of FACT activities from exhibitions and live web casts, to training and conferences; and finding new and interactive ways to encourage engagement throughout its programming spaces and in partnership with a broad range of participants and audiences.
Who are we Looking For?
We are looking for a strong leader to join the Executive team with a particular emphasis on the production and delivery of a business plan for FACT. The candidate should have an excellent track record of producing Business Strategies that align to company vision, showing how to produce sustainable incomes without compromising the Brand. The successful applicant will have clear knowledge of Audience Development and how this will inform the direction FACT will take in the future in order to grow reputation and expand income streams.
