Crash and Burn

Has anyone had troubles with Merlin constantly crashing on Leopard?
I'm guaranteed to have to Force Quit due to the "application not
responding" and the spinning wheel of death, at least 5 times a day,
and often more - typically during meetings that depend on viewing
Merlin.

Any suggestions, empathy?

best is yo do contact the support and send the support profile (to be
generated in the Merlin help menu) with that mail. Our support team
will help you quickly.

Hmm... this is very odd. We don't have any reports of such an issue.

Thanks for your help! I installed an update - and so far so good, but
I'm certainly sending support the profile the next time it happens. I
appreciate Merlin's great effort in this group - it's nice to know you
all are listening.
