Multi Broswer testing can be done using QTP (on IE, Chrome and Firefox).

You should install Firefox and Chrome Patches on QTP 11. There would be few things that you should take care such as working with Dialog Boxes, Page sync(in some cases) and some other minor things (like few functions supported in IE, but not in Chrome and FF). If these things are taken care of, you can write a generic script that will run on IE, Chrome and Mozilla.
