1955 Mercury Brake Conversion

Hi,
I wondered if anyone has information on conversion of a 1955 (or 1956)
Mercury car front brakes from drum to disk. Also the addition of a dual
master cylinder with booster. The car has 15" wheels with 5" wheel stud
pattern.
Any info or sources of a "kit" would be appreciated.
