hgbook pdf document

Hi,

I tried to compile the pdf document after downloading hgbook. But it
requires some setup, which I still can figure it out correctly. For
the time being, if any one already has a pdf version, or is able to
compile the pdf version, could you please send me one? Thanks! (I
found an old one, http://bci.fuw.edu.pl/wiki/File:Hgbook.pdf, but I'd
prefer the latest one).

I last built one for Mercurial 1.7

I was actually looking for an html version all on one page but I found
this pdf ... maybe its recent.
