to help Ray to stop the force ECT treatments that he is receiving.
When someone is forced into ECT... it doesn't just hurt the inmate but
it also hurts you, the tax payers, who has to pay for these brain
damaging treatments. We all need to combine as one and put an end to
forced ECT.
