I was just informed in the reprap channel that SF has fallen largely out of favor w/ the community at large and slic3r is the be-all end-all. I was going to use skienforge since I laready know it and like having all them numbers and settings at my fingertips, but apparently slic3r is faster and better. However the big ole question is, why are people here reporting in on slic3r 0.8.* when it is currently on ver 0.9.1?

I've tried 0.7.2b, 0.8.4, 0.9.0 and 0.9.1. 0.9.1 far exceed the speed and accuracy of the previous builds. Drag and drop STL's rock! It's my standard now.
