Geeze.. I hear they *DO* have a vampire problem in that section of
England, though. I wonder if he'd get fired for wearing a garland of
garlic instead....

I had pretty much that same reaction, sudo. I also wonder if he'd
have been fired for putting a copy of the Qur'an on his dash. If
they're going to ban one religious symbol, then they should ban them
all.

Hi y'all - you shouldn't be reading "The Sun" - it has page three
girls and they don't wear crosses!

Ooops! I posted that article, because it had a picture of the cross.
I'd never intentionally post porn.

Why wouldn't we want people wearing religious artifacts? It lets you
know whether to ask them to coffee or not.

Hi y'all - in UK business owners are very strict about avoiding
mention of a religion or a political party. They realize that by
associating themselves with one group they are alienating another
group and thus losing possible trade. I don't know why that doesn't
work here. Business owners seem proud of their religion or political
stance here! If I have a choice I avoid religious or republican
businesses - I cannot do that in UK.

It doesn't work here because the vast majority are xtians and, like lemmings
to the cliff, they patronize those businesses. Freethinkers just don't have
enough coordinated buying power to affect a boycott in the U.S. That's my
guess.

Maybe we need to make freethinking into a business like they have done
with Christianity.
