Damn!  I'd have never thunk it.  Having been born and raised in the Circle City, this depresses the hell out of me; and their public education system is soooooo much better than what I've seen down here.  They really "screwed the pooch" with this one.  Hopefully they'll rescind that one pretty fast, and if I'm right, they really will.
