Expectations. Custer Service Driven Management To Enhance Expansion Of
Corporate Rental Division Job Requirements: V College Graduate. 1- 3
Years Prior Experience Preferred. Accepts Responsibility For Mistakes
Or Problems. Maintains ownership Of Assigned Tasks. Respects Company
Assets. Understands And Remembers All Written And Verbal Instructions.
Carries Out Instructions Accurately. Deal With Anger, Frustration And
Disappointment In A Mature Manner. Works Effectively With Co-workers,
Sharing Credit When Appropriate. Uses Personal And Company Tools/
resources Effectively. Demonstrates Troubleshooting Aptitude By
Thinking Through Problems. Must Be Available To Work Any Overtime,
Evenings Or Weekends (including Night Travel) If Needed. Displays
Flexibility, Handles Chances To Assigned Tasks With Ease. Completes
Reports, Documentation And Other Paperwork Accurately And On Time.
Performs Task With Highest Level Of Quality. Constantly Maintains An
Awareness Of Hazards Inherent To Work Job Duties (include But Are Not
Limited To) Conduct Annual Performance Reviews For Assigned
Operational Units. Coordinate Resource & Personnel Schedules. Develop
& Adhere To Quarterly & Annual Budgets. Maintain Adequate Inventory
Availability For Assigned Operational Units. Maintain Current
Knowledge And Resources To Maximize Efficiency In Assigned Operational
Units. Promote And Coordinate Achievement Of Sales And Profit
Objective For Assigned Operational Units. Review & Approve All
Customer Sales, Leases And/or Rental Proposals. Promote Thompson
Machinery, CAT And Allied Product Lines To Customers And Community.
Research And Coordinate Resolution Of Discrepancies Within Assigned
Operational Units. Coordinate Financing Documentation With Credit
Department. Develop Sales Presentations From Customer Inquiries.
Document Customer Contacts & Territory Management Strategy. Maintain
Adequate Product Knowledge Of Equipment & Allied Products. Schedule/
dispatch Route Vehicles For Transport Of Equipment & Allied Products.
