I am not sure how to progress on this issue, myself.  My group does not
require people to pay through meetup when they RSVP.  I know I can get a
list of people that RSVP with a yes.  And I know I can get a list of people
from paypal that pay for an event.  But people use different names and
email addresses.  So there is nothing that is unique to the two sites.  I
wish meetup would allow for the transaction number or invoice number to be
passed.  The RSVP number would be good enough, but they don't give it to
paypal.  There needs to be some unique identifier between the two sites to
confirm payment and at this time there is none.

I'm looking for a solution myself.  If I find it I will share.  Please do
the same.
