Hello group!
Just thought I'd post a message to say 'hi'. I live in London and am
in my mid-20's. I started going to lunchtime meditation classes about
three week's ago and have found them terrific. The classes have
impacted on my life considerably. I'm calmer, more understanding and
forming deeper relationships with friends.
I've recently started meditating at home. Firstly using creative
meditation tapes, and today meditated by myself with no tapes for the
first time. It worked!
I've joined the group to share my experiences and learn new ones for
other members.
