mddnmr 2.0 is available for download

Dear colleagues,

We would like to announce new mddnmr v2.0 software. New features include

1.   Compressed Sensing (CS) - a new method for dealing with NUS spectra, in addition to Multi-Dimensional Decomposition (MDD), and direct Fourier transform.

2.   New graphical interface for NUS spectra processing.

3.   Faster MDD calculations with multi-CPU calculations.

4.   New manual and revised set of examples

5.   Bug fixes, etc.

 

The program is free for academic use and can be downloaded from http://pc8.nmr.gu.se/~mdd/Downloads/ .
