818 Lischey Ave was just broken into. Please be on the lookout for an
African American teen, thin, wearing plaid shorts, a red tee and short
braids. His partner was stockier, wearing brown shorts. No one saw
them until they were leaving the house, which they'd ransacked, with a
laptop.
