Hi Maxent users,

I've just updated CIAT's GCM data webpage, to include data for B2a, and additional timeslices. I will be updating as soon as I have them processed. I hope you find this resource useful for you research (http://gisweb.ciat.cgiar.org/GCMPage/)

In addition, I've found another interesting resource with climate data http://www.engr.scu.edu/~emaurer/global_data/, which might be worth of taking a look. It's downscaled at 0.5 degree resolution, but are historical timeseries from 1950-2099 for 16 GCMs. Enjoy.

All the best,

Julian

Dear Julian,
Many thanks for putting these climate data on the web; must be a lot of work for you. It is indeed very useful.

A humble suggestion: it would be great to have a short description or links to the references related to each of these models. I guess not everybody has details of what they are.

Thanks a lot again.
Best wishes,
Sunil

Hi Sunil,

I will put the links as soon as I can. However, while I get that in order, you can take a look into the IPCC webpage, or just google the name of the model and you will get a PDF with the complete description of the model.

Cheers,

Julian
