V: Dual G5 2GHz - Defekt

Hallo,
ich habe hier einen (bis vor Kurzem noch in Gebrauch befindlichen) defekten Dual G5 mit 2GHz abzugeben. Der Defekt aeussert sich so: Das Ding laesst sich nicht mehr einschalten.
Ein bischen Recherche hat ergeben, dass es wohl das Netzteil ist.
Bis auf GraKa, Platte sowie RAM ist noch alles drin in dem guten Stueck.... more »

iBook G4 defekt

Seit kurzem startet das iBook meiner Frau nicht mehr. Der Lüfter macht Geräusche (hat wohl einen Lagerschaden), die Hintergrundbeleuchtung geht an, es kommt kein Startsound, das CD-Laufwerk macht einen Leseversuch (keine CD drin) und dann kommt ein sehr merkwürdiges Bild auf das Display:... more »

DVD-Laufwerk im iMac 27"

Das DVD-Laufwerk in meinem 27" iMac 2009 ist nicht mehr gewillt zu brennen und schmeißt auch schon manche DVD gleich wieder aus. Ein Reinigen der Linse brachte keinen Erfolg. Jetzt überlege ich, ein neues Laufwerk einzubauen. Kann ich ein beliebiges SATA-Slotin-Laufwerk einbauen oder muss es das GA11N sein?... more »

Hallo Mac-User, bei einer Freundin steht noch ein G5 iMac herum, der sich eigentlich als Multimedia-Abspieler einsetzen ließe. Von der Rechenleistung her sollte er ja auch dicke in der Lage sein, DVB-T zu dekodieren, nur suche ich jetzt noch eine Lösung, die auch tatsächlich auf dem G5 läuft. I fell in love with the net and all the compuiter teahcnology in the very early years and have loved it ever since, I have an IT Degree and Communications degree and will be working on my doctorate for the next five years, in bwetween I design websites, databases, Multimedia Produxction or anything that wil make me a penny, just student scraping by. But Guess what? I don't want your money, your e-mail, or anything. Ich habe hier ein iBook g4 (800-1200MHz) A1054 von meinem Kollegen. Der Rechner startet nicht mehr. Man kann zwar erkennen, dass die Hintergrundbeleuchtung angeht, es kommt aber kein Startsound noch irgendeine Anzeige.
