Client is desperately in need of Java profiles for below position.

Pls keep in mind that it's an application support and maintenance role with very less or no development work.

Client needs 2 java+flex leads with hands on exp of 6-8 yrs and 1 Sr. Lead who has 10+ yrs of exp and can do some management activities (60% tech+40% managerial)

Requirement 1:

Client is in need of 3 Java Lead resources at onshore (8+ yrs).

Position: Java Consultant

Duration: 6 months+ contract

Location: Chicago, IL

Rate: DOE

Java: Blue Print + Print Production + Offer Manager (

Please note that Java: Blue Print + Print Production + Offer Manager are the name of the applications this guy would support in the IMPACT portfolio. Please make a note that this is a Support requirement and hardly there is any development work involved. So, set the expectations right with the candidate. )

Very good at core Java J2EE,Flex,DB2,Frameworks (Spring ,Struts,Hibernate),SmartClient

Very good at database concepts, SQL

Should have worked on complex applications involving complex interfaces.

Shoudl have worked on application tuning and optimization.

Soft Skills (Must) -

Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Exprience of customer facing role , customer liasioning and customer management.

Exprience of onshore/offshore project execution

Exprience in techno functional role

Good analytical skills.
