Please Read!

Hello, this is the home of the“Things that Matter” Forum. I intended to use it as a discussion site for items posted on the “Things that Matter (to me)” Website, but have since opened it up for other discussions. The discussion threads will appear in the right sidebar (see "Discussions"), and comments can be made inside each thread. If you wish to post a new thread, please feel free!

Now, just for fun, here are the Rules!!

1. There will be no antagonistic posts, name-calling, or blustering allowed. This site is for reasoned debate, and if you can’t do that, you have no business posting here.

2. I reserve the full right to monitor, edit, or delete posts as I see fit. This will mostly be based on rule #1.

3. The Nazi Rule applies here, so, see #1 (Nazi Rule from the “Urban Dictionary”: In any debate, argument, or…discussion, the party (and all others with an associated opinion) that first brings up Nazis is instantly the loser of said discussion…) In other words, debates on the web typically denigrate to the point of ugliness, so the first person to head that direction gets the “Nazi Rule” called on them.

4. This sight is intended for the debate of issues in the Apostolic faith. Apostolics here are defined as Pentecostals that believe in Baptism in Jesus Name and the the In-filling of the Holy Ghost, and who believe in some form of “holiness” or ways of living that distinguish them from the general population. Others are encouraged to post your ideas or comments, but please confine them to the discussion at hand, and do not use them to attack the Apostolic Faith. There are plenty of forums where you can go to vent your spleen if you just can’t stand Apostolics. That being said, I will start a thread for those that have comments to make on the Apostolic Faith, or who have legitimate questions about the Apostolic Doctrine.
