[Math 2.0] Upcoming events, 11-13 June, Washington DC

I'm not directly involved in any of this planning (events below).

The same D.W. Jacobs play, though with a different actor
(it's a monologue -- and a workout given how the sound track
is pre-timed), was here in Portland, Oregon in 2008.

I was quite active in supporting the side-show festivities at
that time, including delivering an IEEE lecture on the evening
of the USA presidential election.

Join us for a Special Event at American University and Arena Stage in
Washington, DC, on 11-13 June 2010

Revisit Bucky: Exploring Synergetics

Featuring a Keynote presentation on "Geometry, Organization, and
Leadership" by Amy Edmondson of Harvard University and author of
"A Fuller Explanation: The Synergetic Geometry of R. Buckminster
Fuller". Another presentation on "Fuller, Ford, and the Future" by
J. Marc Greuther, Chief Curator of Industry at The Henry Ford Museum
in Dearborn, MI. And a special presentation on "Bucky and the Poet's
Job: To Clarify the World" by D. W. Jacobs the playwright and director
of "R. Buckminster Fuller: THE HISTORY (and Mystery) OF THE UNIVERSE"

the one man play about Bucky. Other speakers include Thomas T. K. Zung,
Bill Perk, and Allegra Fuller Snyder.

On Saturday the program will include a day of workshops
