Is it possible to perform Batch Processing on mass++?

Hi,

Yes you can perform Batch Processing on mass++ by using the command
line tool called "msppcmd" as:
> msppcmd -fmt mzxml -in filexxx.lcd -out filexxx.mzXML
for more information
>msppcmd --help
you can get a simple help message for how to use other parameters.

No, we are going to develop such option in the near future. Currently
please ask you IT guys to
write a script, it's very easy. If you still have difficulties, please
let me know.
