Hello,
I am coming from the side of differential data display and analysis.
Is it possible to compare more then two files to each other?
Second question whether it will be possible to compare MALDI or direct
infusion data without LC component using your program.

THanks a lot for your clarifications.

Do you mean that you want to do multi-sample analysis? If so, please
Download the latest version and do it as following:
Tools > Peak Matrix
1) Register samples: register all samples you want to analyze
2) Get Peak positions: perform peak detection for all samples
3) Fill Matrix: calculate quantitative values for all samples
4) Normalize peak values : normalization by IS(internal standard) or
mean etc.
Then, you can get a matrix table with columns represent sample name
and lows represent m/z and retention time paries.
We are just preparing a little bit more detail manual for multiple
sample analysis right now, and this manual
will be open in the near future.

No, unfortunately mass++ can not handle MALI data currently, we would
like to make a MALI plug-in in the future.
Sorry about it!

Ken

I uploaded the quick manual for differential analysis.
