What is Mass++?

Mass++ is a software for mass spectrometer. The software can read and process various MS data format. Mass++ is  a plug-in style software. So users can customize Mass++ depending on their purposes such as addtion of new functions and deleting unnecessary functions to increase performance without editing Mass++ source code.

• Mass++ 1.7.0 Released (2009-09-28)
  The new version of Mass++ is released. The following functions are added:
  
  • Mass++ started collaborate with MassBank
  • added the Group Plot View in the differential analysis
  • updating the Rawdata Open dialog. It became to be able to open MassLynx data with selecting .raw folder.
  • applied multiple peak matrices.
