We've got updated feeds on the developers' page (http://bit.ly/25qZuw), same three files, with some small schedule updates to a few bus routes. I'd like to stress again that these monthly updates are unusual--generally, schedules change once every quarter.

Something new I noticed in these feeds....
What are these buses (routes.txt)?
Their names (9501, etc) are not known buses and seem to be related to
the routes with the first two digits (9501 ~ 95, 9701 ~ 97)

"9501-1058","1","9501",,,3,,"FFFF7C","000000"
"9502-1058","1","9502",,,3,,"FFFF7C","000000"
"9507-1058","1","9507",,,3,,"FFFF7C","000000"
"9701-1060","1","9701",,,3,,"FFFF7C","000000"
"9702-1060","1","9702",,,3,,"FFFF7C","000000"
"9703-1060","1","9703",,,3,,"FFFF7C","000000"
"9109-1058","1","9109",,,3,,"FFFF7C","000000"
"9111-1058","1","9111",,,3,,"FFFF7C","000000"

Also this one is weird and seems to be related to the 24 bus somehow
"2499-1058","1","bus",,,3,,"FFFF7C","000000"

thanks, brian

I believe those 9000s are the "supplemental" routes, which run when school is in session--small variations on routes, generally serving students. You can see a rundown from these from 2007, on page 75 of the pdf:

I had to dig around a bit for the 2499/"bus"--this is actually an interesting one from a classification point of view. Take a look:

That inbound trip is "bus". Two trips fall under this route in the feed, both at the same time (one covering weekdays, the other covering specifically Veterans' Day and Christmas). Ends up looking like this in Google Transit:
