chromatic is (one of) the editors for
perl.com. I posted to
blogs.perl.org and he saw it and offered to re-post it to
perl.com.
You could, after posting to
blogs.perl.org, wait a couple of weeks, and
if he doesn't respond, email him asking if he thinks it's appropriate
material for
perl.com. It will be of course.
But don't expect a fast response. He's very busy, and as you might have
seen from previous posts by me here, he retypes things /even though I
upload the POD of my article and send him the link/ :-((.
So, I do suggest you:
o Write in POD
o Upload HTML and POD to your web site
o Post TXT to
blogs.perl.org.
And using
blogs.perl.org is simple. Just click on 'Not a member?', pick
a password, and log in.
Things to note:
o Commenting on other blogs requires 1 login
o Posting requires 2 logins :-(
Writing a blog:
o Pick a title
o Then there are 2 sections 'Body' and 'Extended'. Current suggestion
(not from me) is to post a brief note in the first and the full text in
the latter.
Just reply to this for any other help.
