Ode to Elfins & other leps

Hello Group - went back to a woods road that I had visited April 30
in search of Elfins . Hard to believe that was 3 weeks ago and had nt
seen a lep since until today . I was rewarded with 4 species of
spring leps today. The weather was cool with clouds and sunny breaks
and odd wind gusts. But in sheltered parts of the road and out on the
bog leps were to be found :
2 Hoary Elfin
10+ Brown Elfin
1 Spring Azure form "lucia"
1 Mustard White nectaring on Dandelion
Also encountered first odes of the spring that being a Leuchorrhinia
sp most likely hudsonica (all teneral)
