Today Sat April 30/11 on this sunny warm afternoon on a woods road in
Hants Co. I encountered my first Elfin of the 2011 season this being a
C.polia aka Hoary Elfin.

Nice! That is the first record I have heard of for the species this
year. I might try to try to get out in the Sackville NB area tomorrow
afternoon if the weather is warm enough to check for elfins.
