Anger is a wind which blows out the lamp of the mind. ~Anonymous
 .........................................................
When we allow our anger to control our behavior and color our attitudes that is destructive...both physically and spiritually.

The opposite stance is to suppress our anger but this doesn't work
either.

We'd be better off to acknowledge it and practice forgiveness. Anger and
unforgiveness is simply a cover-up for something of ours that we don't
want to look at.

Anger can eat at our stomach lining and also our peace of mind and worse yet it can make us feel separated from God.

We can have freedom from either position by asking God for help.
Remember if you can't turn off your anger turn it over to God.
