Life's most difficult moments can teach us that we are stronger than we think. I find that it is always helps to remember this.

When horrible things happens, we have the opportunity to be our best... When challenges seem impossible and hope feels lost, we only need to remember where hope originates.

Sometimes, people or events  can emotionally hurt us so much, these things can  wear down our reliance and can even, take away the desire to the ability to hope and even affect our prayer life.  I have even lost my desire to try to do nice things for others because I let deep depression set in.

However, God has permitted goodness to live in each of our hearts, it's up to us to keep it alive.  We know how good it feels to do the right thing so that is what we must continue to do.

Goodness can only live in us if we use the gifts that God has given to us, especially at our darkness times. It is easy to be helpful and happy when times are great... Not so when times are not so great.... And that is the way Satan loves it. We can't allow Satan to win.
