Wyler,

Be aware that Mac OS X 10.6 does not support In App Purchase, so at minimum 10.7 is required for making the upgrade.

Please use the "Store" -> "Restore purchases" if you have successfully purchased the upgrade in the past. Relaunching the app may help too.
