Printing OSM banner /maps and/or Geo activities in DC this week?

Hi,

I'm visiting DC this (coming) week. I'll be the from Monday evening to Friday afternoon.

If someone knows of a place that could print a vinyl banner in 2-3 days I'd be interested to know. Also tips on printing poster maps (and ideally help in creating a few of some areas in Haiti) would be great.

I'd take these to Limonade to show the 75 Haitian mappers that we have in the HOT mapping/mapping capacity building program how OSM looks on larger prints. (We don't have handy access to a plotter in Haiti.)

Also, if someone has any newer than the 2+ year old flyers that I've seen of OSM in general I'd highly appreciate links to sources of such materials. Would be nice to get some OSM flyers to Haiti, too (but I don't think I'll have time to design them from scratch this week).

Lastly, if you know of geo-events in DC this week that could be of interest week I'd be interested.

Or just beers after work Tue-Thu?

Hi Kathleen,

I'm coming from Haiti where I have lived for nearing three years now. But I consider DC area still home to me in a way as I lived there for over 7 years before moving to Haiti. (I'm originally from Finland.)

Tuning back into to the DC scene I realize that it'd be especially wonderful to enjoy the Potomac some evening at e.g. Sequoia or Nick's Riverside Grill terrace. Anyone up for a beer there Tue, Wed or Thu?
