I have been trying adding our business.... http://www.newcapegrace.com/map.htm into Google business but cant find Pakistan in the country list....
There is a keyhole linked to newcapegrace and it is already pointed on
the Google but since i m not aware of the option of how to add local
businesses in Pakistan, it is not appearing when search for
newcapegrace and other suitable keywords for the business whereas;
other businesses in Islamabad Pakistan are appearing....
You can add/edit your business by signing in at www.google.com/mapmaker For more information on how to add and edit features in Map Maker you
cab see Help section by choosing link at top right side of Map Maker
page.
Your addition or changes will eventually move to Google Maps, Google
Business Center and Google Earth.

If logon to http://www.google.com/mapmaker and search for newcapegrace, its
already there... I have added it to mapmaker for the past few months now.
but still it hasnt been moved to google business center whereas other
businesses have already.. Perhaps, it needs human (senior map-moderators
like you all) attention for have it to be published at google business
center....

mapping products. It is usually pushed in terms of updates with an
interval of unspecific time that can't be told exactly. More

When search for "Guest house in Islamabad", our business
(NewCapeGrace) is appearing in the google map business results but due
to a spelling error in the address, the location is pointed at the
wrong spot.
Kindly advise and help us fixing the spelling mistake of "Aboul" in
the address "H 8, Justice Abdul Rasheed Road, F-6/1 IslamabaD"...

You can edit the road name yourself to make correction. All you need
is to login with your gmail account at www.google.com/mapmaker and
search and edit the road name.

The road name is correctly spelled & marked on the google mapmaker and
infact NewCapeGrace address is also correctly marked on google maps...
It's just that when search for the query "Islamabad Guest Houses" or
other similar entries, the local business results of NewCapeGrace show
the mispelled roadname i.e. (Aboul Rasheed Road instead of Abdul
Rasheed Road), thus leading it to the wrong placemark.
If don't mind, you could search the query on google by yourself and
see the difference between the actual placemark and local business
results placemark due to the spelling error..

A small question.... NewCapeGrace entry had a guesthouse symbol mark on the
map entry as other businesses have, but for the past few days that symbol
has been disappeared. If you follow the link
www.newcapegrace.com/map.htmand zoom in to the location, you will be
able to see what exactly i mean. it
use to be visible at all other maplinks on different websites but now only
the pointer appears, but not the "NewCapeGrace Guest hOuse with symbol"
other than on the http://maps.google.com page itself... attached jpegs are
the two images that will visually explain what i meant here....

I have tried editing the NewCapeGrace entry to modify the categories because
the shape/symbol of guest house business does not appear on the newcapegrace
entry... i hope this will enable the feature and will add the guest house
symbol to the newcapegrace entry.
I have attached the pictures with this email for illustration.
