Moderating with Checkboxes to Minimize National Language Miscommunication

I've been experimenting with moderating occasionally and I see the
same sorts of problem frequently. Communicating clearly to the
original mapper can be difficult, however, if the mapper and the
moderator don't share a common language.

I wonder if it would be useful to moderate based on 5 or 6 checkboxes
of frequent issues along with one labeled "other" to cover other
cases. It may be that the checkbox issues could be better translated
into national languages to allow easier communication between mapper
and moderator.

I like this a lot. Perhaps some of the more frequent moderators can
comment on their top 5 (or whatever).
