Problems - Editing a location which is not correctly placed ?

I put a sports club location onto a google map location in england.
For some reason when the Marker C location saved, the position was not
correct and probably 0.5km from the correct position.
And now for some reason I can not "Edit" and change the position of
the 'Torbay Tigers Basketball Venue' Marker "C". It should be in the
school sports hall but is now placed in someones house!!
There is no Edit option for me to change its position.
I have gone through the "Move the Marker for a location" notes at
http://maps.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=98014 and
the the above help notes just don't work.
I have tried editting it in Google Mapmaker but Marker "C" does not
come up in their to change it.
Please can someone help me.

When you click on the marker, do you see the "more" link/drop down in
the info window? If so, click on it and look for the "Edit" option.
Does that appear for you OK and have you tried moving the marker per
that option?

Thanks for looking into this for me.
I do see the "more" in the link/drop down in the left hand window but the
"Edit" option is greyed out and I can not select it.
I'm assuming I need the "Edit" option to be available to try and move the
marker.
