How can I connect a surface road to a flyover?
It's an entrance to a highway here:

Hello Ali,
You can change the Grade Level of Highway to Surface and then after drawing the slip road, you can replace it back with appropriate information.

But if there is no proper way to do this, I have to make a new
suggestion in the issue tracker.

There is no other way actually but basically currently the only correct way to make it to first draw the all roads with surface grades and then change as appropriate. But if you want add it to issue tracker, i'll vote for it for sure. Cheers
