cant add roads

how to add roads and streets in my city I live in Georgia city Tbilisi
an than i add road it says you have error. what can i do to add roads?

Thank you for your interest in mapping Tbilisi. However, Georgia is
not yet open for editing in MapMaker but please be assured that we are
working on opening up Map Maker for all of the world. Please see the
list of countries currently open for editing:

We will update the above page and also post on this forum when new
countries are open for editing.

I saw list of countries . where is not my country what can i do to add

In 2012 earth can be end :) :) because i want to add roads very
soon .
