Generally open the registry using regedit and search for "Vertical". That should found it for you.

My best guess is something like this:
SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\MapInfo\MapInfo\Vertical Mapper\370

Hello,

Until using windows 7, I was using the following piece of code from vertical mapper SDK to find vertical mapper folder.

'Set the current directory as the executable directory in order to access Vertical Mapper functionality
g_AppDir = GetKeyValue(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, "SOFTWARE\MapInfo\MapInfo\Vertical Mapper\370", "PATH")

I am now on win7 and the key doesn't exist anymore. There is no more Mapinfo entry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, bit odd I reckon.

Anyway, do you know if there is another common entry in the registry where to find VM path?

Thanks
