You want to look at the thematics of MI Pro (Map > Create Thematic Map...)

There should be one that let's you change the width of the lines depending on the value you have chosen.

Apologies if this is a basic question, but we are fairly new to MapInfo.

We are plotting polylines that show the number of cycling trips between geographical areas.  How can we automatically vary the width of the line depending on the number of trips?

Any help much appreciated.
