Hi Brian,
The model had failed processing (the model owner should have been able
to see this on the model details page). Models that have failed
processing are no longer under review, and typically require some form
of manual intervention to fix. It looks like something in the
rendering pipeline was taking an excessive amount of time to generate
static images of the model for review. I have tentatively nudged it
past that stage of the pipeline, but if it fails again you may need to
reduce the image resolution on the phototextures, and/or possibly
check the phototextures using something like ImageMagick to make sure
that none of them have been corrupted.
